Presented a coupon to the stylist for a $10 MVP "experience." Asked her if it could be used. I received a yes response. After I had my hair cut she asked if I wanted a shampoo, I said I was on a tight schedule and opted not to get the full treatment. When I went to pay I was charged $21 and I said I had the coupon. She replied that it was for the MVP and I only got a haircut. I told her I presented the coupon when I arrived and she agreed it could be used. She looked bewildered almost to the point that she didn't recall my saying I had a coupon. I assume she has trouble remembering things in a 15-20 minute time span She asked it I wanted to keep the coupon and use it the next time. Not to cause a "scene" at the register I paid the $21or a half way decent cut and told her that I wouldn't need the coupon in the future. I will never come back to Sports Clips. Obviously, not the greatest MVP experience!

Angie did a fantastic job! This was my first time ever visiting a sports clip. Upon arrival I was greeted with a friendly smile. I was awarded the MVP package being my first time at sports clip and it was great! I will definitely be returning! My haircut turned out great! Thank you Sports Clips and stylist Angie at the Columbus Indians location!

Have been into Sport Clips Columbus location on 3 different occasions and have been pleased with hair cut and service each time. Will be coming back soon for another hair cut.
